Brad Clark, Chef and Proprietor of Fare Bistro, has been happily engaged in the hospitality industry for the past fifteen years. Discovering his culinary identity at a very young age, knowing he would one day become a chef, Brad followed his passion for fine food and diligently mastered the requisite skills. Immersing himself in the vibrant bustle of many a restaurant kitchen, Brad quickly moved up through the ranks of sous chef, chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef. With frequent sojourns to France, working under the guidance of “Master Chef of France” Christian Etienne in Avignon, Brad developed his own dynamic style, cosummately reflected in his true love, French Cuisine.
Brad has held the reins of some of the noteworthy and prestigious kitchens in Toronto, including the well- known authentic French bistro “Le Select’. It was there that Brad held the position of Chef de Cuisine as well as Executive Chef. With this reputation preceding him, Brad searched far and wide for the location of his own signature bistro. After a long and arduous search he stands his ground today at FARE BISTRO , in the heart of LESLIEVILLE. Brad’s culinary knowledge, passion and creativity are evident in the multiple talents he brings to the table at Fare Bistro. With a profound love of cooking and a natural flair for pairing flavours , Brad masters every dish. Seasonal, fresh, regional Canadian products with selected fine imports are his stock in trade.
